After the new upgrades to Wordpress it may be hard to get accustomed to having the dashboard menu on the side. There’s a Wordpress plugin that will put your wordpress dashboard menu on the top of the page in your administration panel. It will also allow you to customize the colors and provide many other options.
It’s called Admin Drop Down Menu.

This plugin is provided by PlanetOz. PlantOz also provides a whole host of useful plugins.
I’m also using their Absolute Comments Plugin which allows you to manage and reply to comments your “Manage Comments” page, or from the notification email, without having to visit the post page first.
Problem:
You’ve never got accustomed to having your Wordpress Dashboard Menu on the left hand side of your Administration pages. You liked it better on top.
Problem solved:
Tired of seeing your Navigation menu on the side. Put it back on top of your Wordpress Administration page with the Wordpress Admin Drop Down Menu plugin.
