As a customer for the iThemes developer pack I must say that I was a little weary when they came out with a new Club for premium wordpress themes.
As an existing customer how would they treat me?
Would I be able to get in on some of the great new themes that they are offering without being price gouged like at the gas pumps?
I waited for almost a month before I finally decided to contact Cory Miller who is the co-founder of iThemes Media LLC. I contacted customer service through the new live support service and began to fire away with my questions (I have included in the transcript at the bottom of this post)
What a great experience. I want to tell you that when I talked with iThemes I was amazed at the treatment that I received. The iThemes Customer service representative made every provision to treat me with respect and preference as a customer.
iThemes also gave me an upgrade from my developer package to the new iThemes Theme Club at no cost. I must say, I thought they would charge me so I was very pleasantly surprised.
Cory Miller and his expanded staff, Nathan Rice, James Dalman, Jesse Petersen and Chris Jean are putting out some excellent new themes.
I really like their new bSocial theme. which is loaded with features:

· a link to easily access all your social networking
· and it is optimized for search engines like Google.
In addition to my most recent conversation with iThemes, the excellent customer service, and the great themes I should mention that the iThemes website provides some great quality information on wordpress blogging. They even provide free wordpress video tutorials on the basics, optimization and even how to set up and customize their themes.

Hi Karaoke,
I never said that the themes are free. That’s why they’re called premium.
The Premium theme buyers guide is free. The Premium themes are available at a 25% discount when you use the code that I provided.
