- Unsubscribe to any Internet Marketer that constantly sends out big hype affiliate sales promos
- Know why you’re addicted. For example , I find myself more vunerable to spending my money on products on the weekends or when I’m bored. Does buying “stuff” give you a rush or a sense of wealth?
- Change Your habits. You may have fallen into a cycle, it’s a waste of time, acknowledge your habits and make an effort to change them.
- Find one product and stick with it, you’ll never make any money if you skip around from one product launch to the other.
- Get a Mentor-What you need is somebody who has “been there, done that” to guide you in a way no ebook can, I found the right internet marketing mentor and reduced spending on unnecessary products by over 75%.
- Hold yourself accountable. A mentor can help you a little but ultimately it’s your decision to not fall into the same traps over and over again.
- Know your weaknesses and avoid them. Stop searching for ways to make money and apply all of the previous points discussed.
