Today I’m going to show you how to choose a domain name before you start a website.

The first thing you need to consider is your domain name. This video will aid you in doing some preliminary research on domain names and keywords using the resources provided below…
Here’s some places to look at when choosing a domain name:

1. Search using this preferred web hosting service:

2. Searching for your domain name using this domain name service:

Please note that the price of the domain names have changed since I made this video last year since the wholesale price has increased. I make 25-68 cents per sale of each domain name. I always strive to give you the lowest cost available because I consider this a service to my subscribers.
- Look at the “additional domains” under “more options”
- Click the “Smart search” tab under “more options”
3. Use the Google Keyword Tool to search for domain names:
Google Adwords Keyword Tool or Google “Google Keyword Search”
4. Use the SEO Keywords Tool to help you choose a domain name:
SEO Book Keyword Suggestion Tool or Google “SEO Keywords Tool”
The keyword suggestion tool is free, once you get to the website click on the “tools” tab to access it.
Tips on Choosing a Domain Name:
- Look for a “.com” domain name
- Avoid dashes
- It should be easy to spell
- Is it easy to remember?
- It should not be too long if possible
