I want to address a subject that is well needed today, this subject should be especially beneficial to someone considering a new internet business. However it may also apply to those who have been around the internet marketing arena for a while and have possibly become discouraged or lost sight of their vision because of false ideas that float around concerning making a lot of money quickly with a home based internet business.

How much Money Can I Expect to Make With an Internet Business?

That’s such a good question for newbies to consider when contemplating a doing business on the internet.
I just released a new product. After viewing my new release, “A Biblical Success Guide”, one dear friend from Germany wrote me the following message:

Hi Greg,
As you are longer in the online-business: Can you give me a real number how much you earn (or is realistic to earn) with making money online.
As you are a believer I trust your numbers more than many numbers in the sales pages. I live as a full time on a very very low level of income….
….I start real life cell groups with my new blogging skills; My favorite is Problogger (he is a born again believer) ..I live more from vision than from money I make . So I would be very thankful for such an information,

This Question is a little bit more personal, but t I don’t mind disclosing it as it is a very viable question

This is a very legitimate question and one that many newbies need to know before entering in to the online business world. Anyone that tells you that you can get rich quick using an online business is just out to take your money. As of right now, and I would say never, there are no instant millionaire methods that I know of in internet marketing.

I found this question of Making money on the internet so pertinent and the information that I shared with Gunther so valuable that I decided to include my response to him below:

I am also somewhat new to the internet marketing business. I hired Terry Dean just over a year ago now as my coach.. I was like you. I had tried out other income methods only to find out that most of the promises and methods provided by many internet marketers were not realistic.

Terry Dean helped me to get a plan and start working it. I am only beginning to make money.

I officially opened up our New Website called Success His Way this week. See this related article on Experiencing Success His Way. Success His Way contains a Biblical Success System for Christians to follow to get out of debt and experience financial freedom. It also includes my personal testimony of how I make money online. The materials provided in The Biblical Success System are also designed to give anyone the finances to finally fulfill their purpose and ministry in life and business.

The new release of Success His Way is just one income stream. This blog also contains affiliate links which generate income. I also offer Free Blog installations and have a number of clients that I coach on how to start up a Wordpress blog.

I’m concentrating on bringing more traffic to my blog and, of course, I’ll promote Success His Way.

I also have a couple of other incomes. I sell Nest Entertainment DVD’s online.

That brings in another couple of hundred dollars a month.

I have various resell products like How To Choose Slam Dunk Markets that bring in a little income.

My Fat Loss website at Fit on Purpose.com is also a source of online profits.

Our Missions activities brings in donations. I use everything that comes in to Missions With Purpose. com for Ministry expenses and for Church planting.

I am making money from multiple income streams. “Each of these “little” income streams earns me an extra few hundred dollars per month. Maybe not the millions you were expecting, BUT this adds up and helps me focus my time on the missionary work.”

As you can see , my income is from combined sources. Many, including Terry Dean, have told me that is the best way to do business online.

There is a process involved and it is NOT instantaneous. It takes work, but it is very rewarding. I have watched my income streams climb gradually over time.

Terry Dean on the other hand really does make a high six figure income. He is real and trustworthy. He’s one of the few people online that I trust and he is a great Christian and a man of integrity. Find out More about Terry Deans Coaching Program

I didn’t know that Darren Rowse of Problogger.net is a Christian although I suspected it. He is also trustworthy and makes one of the highest incomes of any blogger online.

Vision is also what keeps me going. I went form a poor missionary mentality to “If I have money, I can do more to fulfill God’s purpose for my life and ministry”.

Yes you can make money on the internet. I’m making money on the internet. You can make even more, just be prepared to work and please be sure to follow principles of integrity. Don’t follow after fools gold or get rich schemes.
