I just added Google Friend Connect to this Website. I did so in an effort to make it easier for you to interact with me and this website.
I’ve pasted a snapshot of some of the features of Google Friend connect here below to better explain it’s benefits.

Installing Google Friend Connect
Although the Video states that it is really easy to install Google friend Connect. I found that Google does a sorry job of explain how to install the codes.
I uploaded the codes to my blogs root directory using fliezilla. The root directory is simply the name of your website/blog. It is located in the public_html file.
I also found that my browser opened the file when I clicked on it. You will need to make sure that Notepad is set to open the file by default in case you accidentally click it.
After verifying that the codes for Google Friend connect are correct then you can install gadgets.
If you install the social bar at the bottom of your page for Google friend Connect make sure you do the following:
-The files need to be installed in the footer.php file of your blog.
-If you are using the Thesis Theme, like I am, then you can access the footer files in the thesis options panel.
I’ found a very helpful guide to installation of both Google friend connect and the social bar at Expand 2 Web. Don Campbell does a great Job of explaining everything in more detail.
I encourage you to join using the one of the forms on this website. If you install Google friend connect on your website I’d also like to know so that I can join your community.
