While the individual conducting the course ended up being for the most part an egotistical charlatan with the personal ethics of a piece of desiccated dog turd, the course opened me up to the wonders of meditation, self-image psychology and introduced me to the book ‘Think and Grow Rich.’ This book made such a profound effect on my mindset that I saw dramatic personal transformation happen within the first year of reading it. I went from fat to trim and toned; being shy and introverted to being the life and soul of the party; virtually friendless to having truckloads of loving friends; from being suicidal to wondering where on earth my next adventure was going to take me.
